What files are best for printing?
We accept JPGs and PNGs depending on quality, however the best for us would be PDFs or EPS files. That’s only if you have them! You are welcome to speak to a team to find out what’s best to move forward with.
What’s the usual turnaround time for printing orders?
This depends on the volume and size of the project. With small to medium size projects can take up to 3-6 business days. Larger projects will require both you and us to discuss deadlines.
Would you be able to help me with designs or do I need to provide ready-to-print artwork?
We can offer you design services! Our team has dedicated designers to assist with your projects to ensure the best print results.
What images are best for high-quality print?
It will be best to email us your images so we don’t lose any quality! The best resolution is 300 DPI to print at actual size and ensure best quality.
Can I request a sample or proof before sending my order to print?
Definitely! Especially if it is a very big print and you are not sure of the colours and materials. You are welcome to pop into the store if you’d like to see the material in-person.
Are there any restrictions for what colour we want printed?
We can replicate a wide range of colours. However, there are certain shades that may vary. We recommend discussing colours with someone on the team at the workshop to achieve the best results.
